CG wasn’t as good as Elysium and the design is rather good. Needed better camera editing and there were many unnecessary scenes. Music was unmemorable. It’s like watching the US version of Ghost in the Shell that was terrible in plot and dialogue that ILM hated working on it because the major merged with the puppetmaster to form a new consciousness. The concept of the movie is the same which is a crime thriller like Iron Man but fell flat like Iron Man 3 that was terrible too. Maybe I’m not used to watching HK movies due to their traits but the boyfriend and girlfriend who wanted to fix her watch was cringy and stupid. It veered off my suspense in disbelief. Makes great action sequence music videos, just filet off the dialogue and it’s a decent film.

Damn chinese CGI depicting scifi has real come a long way. Watched Future X Cop in a theatre in Beijing. Holy hell it was really bad and this was around the time Transformers was out. There was a group of Australian teens who kept laughing out loud the entire way. Didn't really mind cos the CGI was poor plus it had a shitty storyline
