Methi Vada

Methi Vada is an Indian Starter recipe 😊
Ingredients used (serves 3):
1.5 cups fenugreek
7-8 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
3 green chillies
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1/2 cup poha
1 cup chop coriander leaves
2 sliced onions
3 tbsp white til
Salt
1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp dry mango powder
1/2 tbsp asafoetida
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup gram flour
2-3 tbsp oil
Oil for frying
