Just a heads up for anyone axtually wanting to cook. Use Kosher salt to season meat. That morton iodized is for salt shakers... that shit is wayyyy to fine to properly season meat.

I couldn't find the recipe to save my life so I did the work so you don't have to. (recipe below) barbacoa sweet n spicy tacos 2.5lb chuck roast seasoned with salt and pepper sear on all sides in a pan (heated med/high, drizzled with olive oil) PUT IN SLOW COOKER SLOW COOKER (high 4-6 hours)SHRED WHEN FINISHED chicken stock 2 cups tomato paste 1 tbsp combine in a med sized bowl Brown sugar 3/4 cup chili powder 2 tsp chipotle chili powder 2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp garlic salt 1 1/2 tsp salt to taste PUT ON TOP OF ROAST IN SLOW COOKER JALEPENO DIP ranch mix 1 pack buttermilk 1/3 cup mayo 2/3 cup jalapeños 1-1 1/2 deseeded jalapeño juice 1 1/4 tbsp tomateo sauce 1/2 cup lime juice half a lime cilantro 1/3 cup BLEND
