Because the arc this DLC is based on wasn’t made with Super content in mind? It’s not even finished yet. Maybe someday we’ll get an End of Super arc.

They did add transcendent kamehameha and dragon flash too regular story so u can use it on regular goku and to find it just go on super attack skill tree
