I know this video is around 7 years old, but I am in a bit of a bind. At the 18:20 mark, you talk about the INIT. SETTINGS option wiping the SIMPLE TEST menu options. I have done this, and now have only CLASS I, CLASS II, and IEC in the menu. How can I restore, or add to, the test options in the SIMPLE TEST menu?

I did a course 3 months ago. Class 1 is for gear with an earth/ground wire (the straight-up pin on the bottom of the plug). Class 2 is for double-insulated gear that doesn't have an earth wire (just the active and neutral pins), or maybe with a so-called earth pin which is dead, with no active function. Class 2 gear usually has those two squares (larger one, with the smaller one within). If there's no indication that it's Class 2, it's to be tested as Class 1. Anything that draws 240v from the wall (a lead, a power board, a double adapter) is tested as a lead.
