I would be willing to bet that "Metric Trees" don't become a meme or a buzzword like other things such as "Data Mesh". My reasoning is a bit snarky, but I think it will hold up over time. Metric Trees are practical, increase visibility of business processes and increase collaboration and communication. These things are talked about by leaders as the best values, but not exactly practiced much. In fact I would say things that obfuscate are secretly valued. Things that eschew obfuscation are not. Lol
