Metro New Yorkers settle into luxurious suburban sanctuaries

Sonja Cullaro, co-founder and executive vice president of Christie’s International Real Estate Northern New Jersey, says that while many Manhattanites are returning to the city post pandemic, others are not, opting instead for the suburban tranquility of Northern New Jersey, Westchester, the Hudson Valley and Greenwich, Connecticut. This has led to increased activity on luxury estates, including homes priced at $25 million and above.
