Funny, the fighting with the covers. Been there and done that of recent on a M404 model. You have to hold you mouth just right and flex the covers just right to get those tabs to insert the way they need to be. I was chuckling when I was watching the video. Thanks for all the help you guys give.

Hello, we have the HP LaserJet Pro M404dn and it goes on sleep mode every hour. While on sleep mode all jobs sent to it disappear. Is there a way to completely shut off sleep mode to prevent it from losing the jobs?

Been working on copiers and printers for years always leave screws out and cut some of the cover tabs they over build. It will not make a %#@ diff on the working of the printer and copier.
