The music is my only complaint about Dread, everything else is close to perfect. Wish the tracks were more like what you make. I saved your playlist for the 'track only' ones because I really enjoy listening to these.

I respectfully disagree, I think the Story, especially the ending, felt underwhelming. But otherwise, yah, I think the game is great!

Really? Because I thought Metroid Dread was also lacking in terms of nonlinearity of level design and sequence breaking potential, in comparison to Super Metroid. The movement and combat are fantastic in Metroid Dread though, I'll give you that, and the boss fights are pretty good, too.

@@Orange_Swirl I'm not gonna close the door on us ever getting another Super Metroid tier game with the level of nonlinearity that game had. However, that's a hell of a bar set when it comes to sequence breaking. I think its one we should still be aiming for when looking forward to these games as they come. Super Metroid to this day is still a milestone in the genre that has yet, in my opinion, to be bested by any single game to this day. Maybe one day Metroid 6 will be able to deliver on this promise. I certainly hope it can at least get close. Mercury Steam seem to have the temperament for attacking level design such as this.

@@stormcutter59 Prime 1 was very super-y, though that kinda changed when they patched a TON of sequence breaks. Most breaks didn't even crash the game, so there was no point in "fixing" them.
