No apology needed for cheesing Kraid like that. I designed that room specifically to make him no problem at all. I honestly hate fighting Kraid, so I typically just make him easy. As for the following "sus item" room, it's only because the room studio doesn't have room for "Suspicious Item" to my knowledge. Well that and AMOGUS!
