It's an album that benefits from a few plays. When I first heard, I thought it sounded like a series of demo tracks. But it has grown on me and it is packed with earworms. Love it!

It sounds like this because they recorded it at the Toe Rag Studios in Hackey and they only use analog technology. They did this on purpose as far as I know to show that they are not a modern band and still have their own style even if they gained popularity or something like this. But I'm not 100% sure tbh

While i was listening to this song this morning for the first time, i heard news of a 15 year-old boy killed by Turkey government and i almost cried, since then when I listen to this song Berkin always comes to my mind, and i start to cry that time. I listened to it all day, looks like I'm not going to stop. Also from now on, whenever I listen to this song, I will always remember Berkin.
