Presentation sounds good, however, service and maintenance part is a nightmare. Many small sensitive components could fail. and the result is, huge areas serviced by on outdoor unit are suffering from no heating no cooling.

Wall mounted air handlers get really dirty inside. Removing blower wheels is necessary and a pain in the ass.

We all know that the cost of maintenance over the lifetime of the equipment is BS. This is an arbitrary figure with no background or data to site from. If I don't see a real world application that is SUPERBLY documented, then I'll always preach that simplicity may cost more with raising electrical costs. However, that cost is worth it when it has failed and need a repair. Go find a motor for that thing on the shelf at the local supply house. Tell me what it costs, and how many days I have to wait for it... Yeah, my customer will be happy to know that community parts support for the product is currently abysmal.

Most commercial city multi or bigger rtus still have a big lead time anyways... the small gas pack rtus might be done same day but not so for the bigger stuff. I mean whats the lead time for a condenser coil replacement? Or compressor skid? Multistack? Daikin rebel?
