Presumably, Disney still holds the rights to them, so they're not gonna let them air on a non-Disney channel.

Unfortunately, MeTV, the new cartoon channel, does not air any Disney cartoons. Instead, it features non-Disney cartoons such as Looney Tunes, Woody Woodpecker, Tom and Jerry, Popeye, Hanna-Barbera cartoons, and others.
