One of my favorite Bugs Bunny cartoon's is "Bunny Hugged" with Bugs going up against this bruiser known as "The Crusher" in a wrestling match.

I can't remember the name of it, but the one I love is a classic Bugs Bunny cartoon that starts out with Bugs singing, "I was Strolling through the park one day, in the merry month of May. I was taken by surprise, by a pair of rougish eyes, eye, ey, e." It's a balloon 🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈vendor. He asks Bugs to hold his 🎈🎈balloons🎈🎈 while he ties his shoe. Bugs ends up floating away and he crashes into a stork, which drops him into the pouch of a 🦘🦘Kangaroo🦘🦘. She cries, Bugs stays, and after a few bouncy bounces in her pouch Bugs tells her I'll be your "baby", but the pouch is OUT! Then a little native aborigines dude drops in. He throws a 🪃🪃Boomerang🪃🪃 at Bugs, and it eventually smacks him in the back of the head. Which leads to Bugs and "Nature Boy"(Bugs' name for him), end up face to face. The little guys screams, "UNGA-BUNGA", to which Bugs screams back, "UNGA-BUNGA-BUNGA!!" Nature Boy comes back with, "UNGA-BUNGA-BUNGA!!", and Bugs ends it with, "UNGA-BUNGA-BUNGA, INGA-BINGA-BINGA-BUNGA!!!!" To which that sends Nature Boy into a rage! Aaarrrgggghhhhh!! He then tries to hit Bugs with a Blow "Dart" but using a b ball or marble. As he's about to blow the marble Bugs blows it back into his mouth and he chokes, then🤢🤢turns🤢GREEN🤢🤢! That little guy cracks me up, and his back and forth banter between him and Bugs is absolutely hilarious!

MeTV Toons has quickly become my favorite channel! I grew up during the 70's. I grew up watching 🌄🌄Saturday🌄Morning🌄🌄 cartoons! That was a great time to be a kid! Bugs Bunny, Hanna Barbera, Harvey Cartoons, Fleishman Studios. From Tex Avery to Chuck Jones, Walter Lantz to Fritz Freleing, and Mel Blanc doing thousands and thousands of voices. Barney Rubble, ALL of Looney Tunes! Live Action shows like Land of the Lost, Sigmund the Sea Monster, and the 🍌🍌Banana🍌Splits🍌🍌!! Saturday mornings were the BEST! However there was ALWAYS ONE, THE FAVORITE, THE ONE CARTOON YOU LOVED! For me that was the Bugs Bunny/Road-Runner Show! I loved the entire package! Merry Melodies, Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Elmer Fudd, Foghorn Leghorn, Sylvester and Tweety Bird, and every character I missed. The mice that were spoofs of the Honeymooners. Too many to mention and remember. To have a network that caters to the fans who grew up watching these classics, is a DREAM COME TRUE! And not just the fact that they show these great Toons, but they also teach you about them. Who created which characters, who did what, how they did it, and when they did it. I remember when MeTV was taken off of our "Digital Television channels." I used to love Toon In With Me, w/ Bill the Cartoon Curator, and Toony the Tuna. This network is perfection! This is what the Cartoon Network should have been, or should have stayed as. My health has deteriorated quite a bit over the last few years. Severe COPD has absolutely decimated my body. Initially I started getting the Flu. That progressed to bronchitis, then to pneumonia. Soon afterward I contracted pneumonia 4 times over a years time. Then 3 more times, and so on. Multiple weeks in the 🏥Hospital🏥, Multiple times per year. I don't have much anymore. My walking distance has plummeted. My strength has dwindled. I keep on going though. I walk every morning and/or night. Not far, but I keep going as I said. This channel is absolutely incredible for me. Especially at night, since my sleeping habits are very sporadic. They show cartoons and "other" types of shows similar to that 24/7. This gives me an outlet and a great place to keep my spirits up and LAUGH! I am so thankful for this network!

Happy 84th Anniversary to Bugs Bunny! I can't believe Mel Blanc died 35 years ago in 1989 a year before Bugs Bunny 50 Anniversary and for Tiny Toon Adventures in 1990 and didn't get to see Bugs Bunny Balloon in Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade so sad.

Well-intended, but let the cartoons speak for themselves. One thing I will say is I've always rather resented that it took Walt Disney no longer being interested in shorts, MGM closing its cartoon studio, and UPA running out of steam for Bugs to win an Oscar for the mediocre "Knighty Knight Bugs" when so many far superior efforts went un-nominated.
