The "ocean" is a layer of water beneath the entire overworld. They raise chunks of the layer for every bit of water in the game (except rivers maybe? I'm not sure about that)

I absolutely love this glitchy world... no music except the sounds of the environment, a world entirely devoid of logic and filled with out of place , and also eerily breathtaking and fascinating, objects and locations. It feels and looks like limbo or purgatory... and kind of reminds me of the field inside the moon from Majora's Mask. What a fascinating experience.

For those who don't know, HDR is a tech term for "High Dynamic Range". This term basically means that sections of the screen can get darker blacks and brighter whites, allowing way better color and shadows to be shown on a screen.

I did this glitch and went so far in one direction I found where the master sword room is. It’s also in a giant canyon but if you get close to it you just immediately go into a “you fell” animation. There is also no goin back cause before the canyon you have to jump off the cliff where all the rooms are.

It's definitely because of how the physics engine calculates collision. Give something enough speed and it will pass through walls with certain collision detections.

There's actually a glitch that lets you climb a slope of any height as long as it's not too steep. If you press B to let you and push the control stick forward you will go a little further up the slope while restoring stamina and then grab onto it again.
