Mevo Start & NDI - Remote Pan & Zoom Control - ALL WIRELESS!

It's one thing to have a wireless NDI camera you can put anywhere during an event. That's the Mevo Start.
It's another thing entirely to have full camera control- including "zoom" with a repositionable sensor crop, tap to reframe, pan to follow, change brightness, ISO, shutter, color balance and more, all wirelessly, WHILE the Start delivers full 1080p over NDI to a different system.
I use a lightweight Kindle Fire that was adapted to download from the Google Play store. Download the Mevo app, and connect wirelessly to the cameras. This video will show you how to control the cameras, and switch between multiple cameras while they each broadcast their NDI signal to vmix.

Question is if that is possible in remote NDI scenario - maybe over VPN or using NDI Brdige?

Perhaps using VPN, because the Mevo app is not communicating with the cameras over NDI, so NDI bridge wouldn't carry the Mevo controls.

@@kamileqone what are you VPNing to? I mean, the remote tablet would have to be connected to the same LAN the MEVO is connected to. So a VPN tunnel from your remote location into, and a part of, the same LAN that the camera is on. Is that what you're doing?

That's a pretty terrible live production environment. Just run all the cams in Mevo Multicam and send the output to OBS or whatever for more robust overlays, etc.

@@IEBATechThoughts That's clear, but there has been no update to the description or in the comments to let someone who would view this video of the option I discussed. That said, even without Multicam, there's no way the setup in the video is a workable solution for a multi-camera live production.

Okay, maybe you do, but NO youtuber is constantly updating all their old published videos of everything they may have mentioned gets updated or revised over time. It's accurate at the time of publication. That's it.
