Denmark has had its share of gifted music exports. Aqua, Volbeat, King Diamond, and Lars Ulrich is the first Danish musician to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Not to be outdone is the band almost impossible to categorize into any one genre of music that is MEW! In this casual and candid interview, lead singer Jonas Bjerre shares the Mew experience with Rock Titan Music Television personality Scotty J.

I preordered Visuals the moment I heard about it, and I regret nothing. It's such an amazing album. Mew is one of the most consistently powerful and innovative bands out right now, IMO. Rock Titan i think you did great 👍🏻 when i met the lead singer of lydia, i had no clue what to say, so i asked if he liked the color brown.....🤦🏻‍♀️ anyways... i also wondered whether the album idea of visuals came first, or the songs just came together that way. so that was a good question (:

Jonas seems to forget his own country. He should remember that it is Denmark that habitually gives the middle finger to the censors, when it comes to art (while Sweden capitulates).
