Is Mewtwo a good secondary for Garchomp?

I actually main Garchomp and use Mewtwo, it's working out well! I chose Mewtwo as a secondary because Garchomp doesn't really have "good" projectiles and Mewtwo has great projectiles.

Mewtwo is broken IMO. The fact that he has an auto combo that takes away half of most characters' health is so stupid, and things link into each other way to easy.
