The dark skinned dad always speaks Spanish. The other two primarily speak English, with some Spanish mixed in. I'm guessing the dark skinned one was born and raised in Mexico, while the other two are American-born, or at least came to the US at an early age.

It bothers me how they didn't explain to them the assignment. The last guy was rating based on spiciness (which makes sense) while the other two were rating it based on how much they liked it. Then the first one rated everything 8, and the second one went from 5s to 10s.
