Basque is not related to native American language. Basque people traded with native Americans which natives borrowed some Basque words so they can communicate when they trade with Europeans in general .

The dude from the video probably refers to a theory that states the ancestors of the Aztecs and the basque came from the same place, I don't really believe it to be that way, but it would surely be cool

The main reason for basque to be more spoken by young people is because of the Frankism and because during that time the basque was prohibited and if you spoke it, you would die. So now we are trying to revive the language but older people don't speak it too much.

No, Catalan is not a mix of Spanish and French, it evolved from Vulgar Latin independently and its closest relative is Occitan and then French as the video explains 🤷🏻‍♀️

In some European countries we have latin in high school as a 2second language after english

Some of the languages are more secondary, they might be spoken in those places but almost always spanish is the real official language.

Even the theory about euskara is pasrtialy well related, its so innacurate that in the video relates euskadi as the main basque historical region, wich is not real. Historicaly, the basque language and culture had its origins in nafarroa, and because of the roman concuer trials, the vascons (baskoiak) moved to the north-western land, the nowadays euskadi. In fact, the basques we have a terminology for our land, called Euskal Herria, wich litteraly translates to "the basque land", but it has many meanings as the land of the basques or the land where the basques are. Its a pitty that a good intentioned divulgatory video as this had to be incomplete, mostly for the people who really wants to know the entite history of a language. By the wat, here a basque from navarre, euskaldun hiztuna noski!

It’s said that Portuguese comes from Galician… it’s easy for Spaniards to know where are you from in Spain if we see your surnames… I think basque comes from Iberian language. The original language spoke by Iberian people. It’s very few the influence of moors in our dna. In my case I don’t have any.

No falsear la historia Portugal nunca fue condado de galicia ,era un condado del reino de León así también lo era Galicia, cuyos idiomas portugués y gallegos son variedades del asturleones ,pues galicia y portugal fue reconquistada por el reino asturleones y repoblada y allí no se hablaba ni el gallego ni el portugués no existían, pero como hoy en día esta todo tan manipulado y falseado por los nacionalistas que es difícil saber y distinguir lo falso de la verdad ,falseado todo al estilo vasco y catalán, así como cataluña y catalanes y su bandera es del reino de aragon y no Catalán, así también los vascos eran y siempre han sido de Castilla, desearía que la próxima vez te informes mejor y te aprendas la verdadera historia y no la inventada,
