The FBI will oversee the day to day administration and investigation of local PD officers who are implicated in wrongdoing. Baltimore, New Orleans, Oakland, etc, etc,. No military, but something called DOJ 'consent decree' is put in place.

I visited Acapulco in July 1993 and had the best time of my life. I went there right after I graduated from High School with some friends and it was safe fun, beautiful place to party. What’s happening there now is very sad!

As a Mexican American, the Mexican people need to arm themselves with any firearms they can get and fight the cartels, corrupt police, and corrupt military. It’s sad to see that the government of México doesn’t care about the Mexican people. They need to rise up and create a new government. A very limited government using indirect democracy, like a Republic.
