Back in the 1990s, I remember in the Pen, a few Mexican Crips and Mexican Bloods and also Black Southsiders, they ran in the Others Car with us.From what I know back then, if you're a Mexican Crip or a Mexican Blood or a Black Southsider, you had to be a household name or a known hitter to run with your homies in the Pen, or they would spit you out from the get-go.
