Mexican rice *Quick & Easy*

Hey guys! here is my quick & easy delicious mexican rice recipe. Please subscribe for more easy recipes and thank you for watching!
Ingredients:
2 cups rice
4 cups broth
1/2 an onion
1 roma tomato
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1 Tablespoon chicken & tomato bouillon
salt & pepper to taste
Brown rice & some diced onion 3-5 minutes.
Add blended liquid to browned rice.
Bring to a boil, cover, and lower heat.
Simmer for 25 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let it sit covered for 5 minutes.
Enjoy!
