Hi Ivy, I just wanted to thank you for this awesome recipe. I made it today, and it was a hit with my family. My son and hubby loved it. Omg i just made this. I followed your recipe exactly and it turned out great! It’s amazing how the noodles really soak up the sauce after letting it sit with the lid for 10 min. Thanks for sharing 💗💗💗 I will definitely make it again!

I make this for my family and we absolutely love it! I also add 3 roasted Jalapeño peppers to my blender with the ingredients. It's so good!!!

@@gabyivette66 Oh my GOSH, Girl! I made this for supper tonight. I can’t even tell you how delicious it is! My husband doesn’t really like spaghetti, but he loves this! He ate two huge bowls! I did add 1 pound of browned and seasoned hamburger meat because, you know, guys like to have meat in their meals. I followed your recipe exactly and I couldn’t believe how perfectly all the different flavors blended together. I don’t think I will ever make Italian spaghetti again. Thank you so much!

Thank you for this recipe when I made it at Home it took me back to my childhood my mom would make this similar spaghetti to me and I cried when I made it taste like my moms cooking and I miss her a lot and her cooking . I didn’t know this was called “Mexican spaghetti” and I’m Mexican! Haha looks so Delicious. I make a similar recipe but with “Media Crema” which may work like the cream cheese. I’ll try it your way soon for sure 😄 I make a green one too with Cilantro and Roasted Green Bell Peppers.

Yes, it's made with poblano chiles. It has a hint of heat. Ive never had a really spicy poblano chile... but I've heard some are hot.

The other Mexicans spaghetti that is on my channel is the Mexican spaghetti made with poblano chiles. It's basically made the same way... the chiles does give it a different flavor. Thanks for watching mama 🥀
