Second day in Oaxaca Mexico and it was a traditional Oaxacan breakfast of eggs and insect. Then it was off to try some of the different traditional Mole offered in Oaxaca and finally the CHEESIEST TACO I've ever had!

Love your videos, Mike. I can understand your bad memories about UK, but maybe visiting other parts of the country alleviates that, and the food will be better. Well, I am from Spain myself and it would be so cool if you come to Southern Spain when Covid situation improves. Spain will treat you lovely and we have amazing and varied food. The cheese and meat with onions reminds me of a popular dish served in Tex-Mex restaurants called Queso Flameado. It's always eaten in a tortilla with salsa. One of our family favorites!
