Some of the places when it stormed, the houses are destroyed by erosion, and the people experience trauma due to erosion. When the governments are investing in R&D. And researchers--consisting of scientists and engineers--create dry season resilient crops, the liability will reduce, and they also create deep foundation for buildings on mountainside to minimize erosion.
