Mexico Scuba! Diving Dos Ojos Cenote in the holocene layer where sea water and fresh rain water mix!

Near Tulum, Quintana Roo on the Yucatan Peninsula. The cloudy water that is visible especially near the end is the 'holocene layer' where salt and fresh water mix! You can hear men jackhammering nearby doing construction! The sea water soaks in from the Caribbean Sea mixing with the fresh rain water in the cenotes.

Was it different from saltwater to freshwater while going through there

@@gunnardollar1956 thanks for watching! I felt no difference in temperature or sound but definitely felt less buoyant in fresh water. In the mixed water it was hard to tell. cheers!
