I think the list for Puerto Rican fighters is easier then Mexican boxers. I agree with the list Roy and Tarver had for Puerto Rican boxers. Mexican list is much tougher. Obviously you got Canelo and Chavez. If your gonna include Mexican Americans, you gotta include Oscar De La hoya. He had 11 titles in 6 weight classes. He fought the best available. His only bad loss was to Hopkins and Pac Man at 35 years old. Every other fight he won easily except Pernell Whitaker and Felix Sturm or he lost a close fight that could went his way. It's hard not to put Ricardo Lopez on this list also. Undefeated fighter. Johnny Tapia also. Salvador Sanchez died young and did alot in a short time. I'll say Chavez, Sanchez, Lopez,Canelo, and Oscar. If you don't add Mexican Americans then I'd say Marquez.
