Mexico has its own problems, which migrate up to the US. This isn't just political...it is part of the dialectic of history, wherein immigrants gravitate away from bad conditions toward better ones. The US is the new Rome, the epicenter of modern and post-modern civilization. If Mexico looked the other way, if it propelled cartels to exploit the poverty and tyranny suffered by migrants, if it underhandedly profited from that immigration, then Trump is handing them the bill. Latin and South America have undergone massive political, economic and cultural upheaval...we dealt with ours back in 1776. They need to buck up and defend their own culture or it ll perish...unless they think they can transplant it here and thrust it on us. Not fair.
