Great set I'm picking up. My personal favorite Godzilla film. Seen it as a kid in the theatre as Godzilla vs the Cosmic Monster as it was titled to cash in on the bionic TV shows craze .

I too saw this Godzilla film in its original US theatrical run as a child. I saw it as a matinee double feature, oddly paired with a crime movie about dogs that I think was called The Amazing Dobermans. Good times!

The prototype showed us that godzilla had a closed mouth head. Sadly we don't get that on release.

Mecha and Caesar look great. Really disappointed in the Godzilla head sculpt. Maybe the most inaccurate individual figure Mezco's put out so far. Really wanted this set but it's a pass.

I feel that. I caved and got it anyways because it's so hard to find anything with Caesar, but it's definitely not accurate to the head of the time. Super7 Godzilla 74 does it well.
