Those capsule-like energy effects are called Pulse Bolts. Does the flight stand support his weight well being die-cast and all?

All those 'little details' never existed in the art IIRC. Colors are great. However his shoulder should be wider per the original art. I couldn't buy it as a result. Still looking for the definitive one. Marvel legends made one in the recent west coast avengers 5 pack but unfortunately they got his paint wrong.
