Best quality build for the price, as expected from Meze, warmer house sound, good looks, love the back pattern. Probably this model should be recommended to those who complained about the 109's upper minds and treble. More laid back, but not losing the fun factor. If you're all for musicality and impact you can hardly find anything better for the price. Great job, Sandu!👍

The better question would be: what 105 misses from 109? Where did the extra cost of 109 go?

Wood, vegan leather, driver design/R&D.. Plus the sound reasons he talks about in the video e.g. resolution, bass quality etc.

how's this headphone compared to Aune Ar5000 does 105 have more bass or good quality bass than ar5000 and most Important how's the soundstage compared to Aune ar5000? I mostly listen to Jpop and many other fun type of songs so I want to decide between these 2 and for 50 dollars more is the Fiio FT5 worth it than 105 ?

Hi! I suggest you check my AR5000 and FT5 reviews and draw your conclusions. All of them are quite different, but I would say that 105 and FT5 are better in all regards. AR5000 are nice as a starting point, but they can't compete with some of the Mid-Fi kings like 105 AER, FT5, Ananda Nano, and Edition XS.

@@SoundnewsI watched all of your reviews on ar5000 , ft5 . I always love more bass and warm tonality and I'm a heavy gamer so I need something with fun signature and good soundstage to feel immersed

Meze 105 or Ananda Nano?
@alexandrevasconcelos16235 күн бұрын
The Ananda Nano offers greater detail and resolution compared to the Meze 109 Pro, and the same applies to its soundstage. While I haven't tested the Meze 105, based on overall performance, I would still choose the Nano. The main reason to consider the Meze 109 Pro (or the 105) would be if you prefer the tonal balance of the Sennheiser 600 series, which leans towards a smoother, more mellow sound signature. But thats just my opinion...
