How does this meet OSHA standard 1910.28 and 1910.29?

Hey Ben. The gate design itself meets the OSHA code for height, material, mid rail position, etc. As far as the fall protection portion of the code, when the gate is opened it is the responsibility of the contractor or end user to provide and ensure that each protection system meets the OSHA requirements. If requested, we can provide a tie off point but all harnesses, straps, connectors, etc would be by others.
