Magnificent modelling. One quick question though - the cam covers on your model are in 'hammered' finish: according to McLaren's photographs, they look to be, in modelling terms, 'semi-gloss [smooth] black'. I'm just wondering whether the hammered covers were used for a single race. Knowing the homework you put into your builds, I wonder what the source was for the finish used by you. Many thanks. P.
