- Am I choosing to ignore everything that happened after she took off his tie? Yes, yes I am. Their wedding night being interrupted was both infuriating and heartbreaking. That being said, their wedding was perfect. So beautiful. So emotional. So romantic. I've never seen Jason look so happy or so in love.
- I don't know where the writers intend to take this storyline. I'd like to be hopeful but we've been let down so many times over the past two decades that it's hard not to be cynical. Whatever happens on the show, in my mind, these two will spend the rest of their lives together.

Thank you! I agree with you that Jarly is the story here. That's what the writing these past few weeks is telling us. That's what the performances are telling us. That's what common sense is telling us, lol. But I'm hesitant to trust the writers to follow this story to it's natural conclusion because it would mean taking a risk instead of falling back on what they know (i.e. SC and whatever Jason ship they're pushing at the moment.) I want to believe they see what an incredible love story they have with Jarly but I guess I'm just not a very trusting person when it comes to soap writers :)

This video is perfect for Jarly and you have captured them perfectly. Thank you so much for making it and posting :) I have loved these two from lovers to friends to well I was hoping they would become lovers again, but noooo stupid writers. I really thought this storyline was really interesting and had so much potential to be epic. Carly being the mob boss (well one half of the bosses) was really interesting to me, as it would have given LW something new to play with and expand on Carly's character. Also the potential of Jase being protective of her ...sigh. I love my Jarly. I've been a carson fan for years, but my Jarly heart was always there in the background going " now are they?...what about now? oh come on!!" . Here's hoping Jarly is the story and we can finally have more than this...cause omg the passion these two adorkable idiots have is off the scale and it would be a shame to just stuff it back into a bottle.

I agree with everything you said. I've always wanted Carly to take a more active role in the business but we all knew that wasn't possible with Sonny in charge. Jason doesn't exactly like the idea of involving her but he's much more open to a partnership than Sonny would be. I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much but I don't think the story is over yet so here's hoping the writers finally give these two a real chance.

I love Carly and Jason they belong together. Only thing is looking at these past episodes of Carly and Jason hugging I think Carly needs not to hug him so tight. When they show Jason's face he looks like he can't breathe because Carly is hugging him so tight. They can still get the same reaction with a gentler hug. But I still love their story. Hope the writers pursue this love the two have and put them together (always).

I feel like they model such a healthy relationship and all too often these dramas romanticize toxic ones. I also agree that it's probably over. Even if they recast or bring SB back at some point, I doubt they'll revisit Jarly as anything other than friends. (Which is a joke because they'd never been just friends.)
