Seeing good deathwings I always wonder how they can stay healthy so long. When I play DW it always feels like any breeze of wind instantly removes armor plates and I just melt afterwards.

well... he's a bruiser so it's all jump in brawl a bit, be a bully then gtfo. so mainly it really revolves around his flight, you kinda needa know when to fly and when/where to land, alot of DW's seem to forget that... you can sippy cup and then fly and it'll give you back your armor, and you can almost instantly land after drinking basically meaning you can engage a fight then flee for a few seconds to fly then re-engage with armor plates. ya know instead of engaging then running away and flying to regen armor plates/hp

Also too many DWs think it's a good idea to land on the enemy team. Only do that if your team is already disrupting them. Your landing zone is a huge tell and they will shred you if they are not being tied down by your team. Also Lvl 1 Molten Blood is a great talent for staying topped up. Weaving in and out of a fight to regen will let you last much longer. I only take Draconic Might if they have a Kael'thas or Li Ming.

The viewer games might get you more wins and coordination, but the solo games are what get you the more realistic expectation. Not everyone can group up and rally behind a youtuber, even when this game as at peak popularity

Yrel is one of my favourite heros, and while she was super nerfed right before Blizzard stopped support for the game, I still enjoy her. Have my top tips now that you're never going to play her again 😜 1. Your damage boosts the longer you channel your abilities. EXCEPT your jump. 2. With this build, your jump has a 1 second cd. Cast it on melee heros every second for MASSIVE slow and AOE cc. 3. Save your D for the hammer swing right after you jump in for mad AOE stuns👍 4. In QM, if you're the initiator, you need to use your pings for communicating. Use your pings to get your teams attention just before jumping in to get your team to follow.

Regarding point 3... doesn't the 1 second CDR only occur on fully charged E's? If so, he'd still have to whined it up every second to keep doing it.

@@cinders9532 well It is just weird and plain wrong that they say that. Yrel is still one of the strongest solo laners in the game especially in the higher elos. Against auto attackers (and generally) she is almost immortal, she has deceptively high mobility with right talents, she can peel or engage with her hammer and has great waveclear. I really don't know what they do not like except the low damage and bad camp clear. Also the vulnerability to cc but that is kinda the whole point of her.

Try jumping in with E - it does the same damage whether it is charged or not. Then apply the trait on your W for max disruption / stun potential. Especially after level 16 🐐

The level 7 talent gives additional damage to E and massive CDR. That's really why Pally was fully charging it all the time.

Hey Pally I wanted to get your opinion on something, my account got banned a few years back (once for getting in a altrecation with a player and 2 times for getting quadra reports by 4-man parties because I was having hard games, resulting in a perma ban account), I tried to appeal by stating exactly that but no one was willing to look into what happened (as they told me) and it's been banned ever since. Is there any way I could get it back? Been playing since launch and am really bummed out that it all went away because of communication issues with teammates

I'm curious if Yrel really is just bad or should one rather try and focus more on causing chaos in team fights rather than damage or lockdown potential? Like I can see the argument that causing chaos can stop the enemy from playing their game in team-fights, but it's hard to measure the utility of that

I don't think Yrel could be buffed without nerfing her tankiness, and homogenization is bad. Her theme, and role, is the tankiest of all bruisers. (She was originally a tank after all.) Worst case is that she's a solid B tier hero as is. The only real thing that's been holding her back all this time is the channeling of her abilities, and even the slightest reduction in those times might make her unstoppable and immovable to the opposing teams. (Here I am talking like change is actually a possibility -_-)

Yrel is such a tragic character. Was very good when she released, but her damage got nerfed to oblivion. She has control and disruption capabilities, but she can't tank and can't damage. Doesn't fit a role I would usually play, unfortunately.

This really illustrates why I get so frustrated with HOTS compared to LoL. Like, League is just straight up unfair. HOTS is so easy, and yet it feels like no one knows how to play in quick play. Everyone is doing the dumbest shit
