50-9-1 now following your builds and got MVP in this one. Rag is one of my best characters too and this is exactly how I like to play him. Since I'm not playing with a coordinated team and because I love this hero I still gave myself 3 matches. This was my last undefeated hero while I held him for a long time at 5-0 but never really got him until I started playing the E build then he became one of my best up there with Fenix, Mei, and OG Deathwing

If I remember correctly, the reason he has so few skins and only 1 color is when the developers change the fire effect around him it causes him to break. They should add a Swedish Chef skin for the meatballs.

I love Ragnaros. Here's the total route play any time you are on offense. save your cooldowns, have team with you. This moment at 13:46 for example when your team enters the opponent's base is when flame wave should arrive. Not to do hero damage, but as area denial. They can see that wave coming and if they have to get into a fight to stop you they dont want to be stuck there when it hits. so they dont commit and are quick to leave. keep your team in the lane and push structures hard. shortly after wave passes then you molten core for further area denial and push even harder. then everybody regroups afterwards. this is not for getting kills, necessarily, but if the opponents try to stick it out that certainly happens. Its just moving into opposing territory and flattening a zone.

• Q conserves mana. You can clear only using Q and get both healed and keep your mana high. • Rag AA are some of the strongest in the game. Q resets the attack. So A-Q is a combo. Ragnaros shits on Murky because no Pufferfish ever explodes unless you ignore them. Don't ignore them. --> This means following Murky is not a thing you can do, it's a thing you will do, because Rag shits on Murky harder than other heroes on your team and you want to win by making one hero useless. • Save W for fleeing enemies. • Molten Core combo is Q-R-E-W, where you obviously pick Sulfuras Smash at 10 and you try to place the W slightly to the side of the target to hit it twice. This does not kill a full hero until your level 20 Heroic Difficulty upgrade which gives you more damage so you can one-shot most heroes. • Molten Core W deals structure damage, E does not. E is better waveclear. • Rotate fast to kill waves and don't idle in between so you don't need to get Lava Wave. Q replaces Lava Wave. Instead, get a powerful hero killing tool to decide fights with. Sulfuras Smash makes you a solo threat to most squishies. • When a wave approaches in a line, you can W towards you so the meatball follows. Q usually clears it out. If you want to go as fast as possible, you E in addition. • Remember that Q heals you. If you don't waste mana, you almost never have to back. I say that twice because it's one of his most powerful tools as an offlaner. • Ragnaros is such an extreme macro threat that the only way to realistically win against one is to gank him. Play into this power by playing macro over everything else and punish heroes who try to solo you. If a lane is cleared, there is no point for you to stay there unless you want to siege.

I think only Diablo and you understood that Murky's egg was close if you had a red eye on top of your heads. Such a big oversight from your team to let him get that much vision. Like last game with the Nydus.

I disagree. The one thing they all have in common is hitting a lot of things at once. Great wave clear and one of Ragnaros's most popular dialogue lines in WoW which was then immortalized as his Hearthstone hero power: "DIE INSECT!". Followed by shooting a big damage fireball at a random target.

He is not a top damage hero in the higher leagues. He used to be like you say, where he was top damage. Look at Fan’s tier list for example. He used to be that high damage, but compare him to late game Valla or Zuljin and it’s not even close
