What you said about the "report" and "command" components of communication was incorrect, I think. Here is the correction: Communication has 2 aspects- (content) and (relationship). is the literal message and the is the action that cues the message recipient on how to interpret the message, defining the present relationship.

i failed the first time as well and next monday i go and do it for the second time. i purchased dr. rosenthal review i paid 170 so hopefully this will work. for what i remember it was mostly applied and it had nothing to do with this reviews im frustrated as well. cuz when it comes to the test it had nothing to do with this review
