Saw these guys a few weeks ago for the first time, being a black metal drummer myself, witnessing Darkside himself in the flesh be an absolute Octopus was more than a privilege to watch.

@@brunohfts Yeah, they're far too different to compare. I'd still take the opportunity to compliment Mgla though, been listening to them for the last 2 years and I don't think any other band made me feel the same way. Unique, poetic and polished.

I'm glad that I'm 45 years old and remember the days that we all watch the band and not the screens of the phones in the crowd.
@mercedesvelasquez87816 ай бұрын
Same here call me old eventhough I am only 35 but holy christ I remember seeing the bands and enjoying the show for it is. I only took photo's during my smoke drinking break in the smoke room this one venue had available and during the show itself my phone stayed in my pocket it's really not thay hard to put your phone away & just enjoy the music..

Between the damned, the pissed and the outright insane Grand architects of failure, sculptors of loss No golden thrones to follow No shrines of solace to seek I shall erect myself over transience I shall ascend over flesh Steadfastly tearing through aether I shall rise to the beyond I shall reveal heights not yet imagined I shall rewrite Summa de homine I shall speak with tongues of angels And I shall burn with pure light I will burn allright On to rupture; bonds rearranged Scorch the archaic remnants and rip through primordial thoughts On to diremption: self / kin All glory and strenght of culture now null and void No golden thrones to follow No shrines of solace to be found And only the locusts shall sing at the end of the day

Keyammo Well, I was lucky and was able to see them last weekend in Luxembourg :) I really wanna see them again in Strasbourg, but it seems like there´s no way to realize that! :( Do yourself a favor and go to Strasbourg, you need to see that band live. An behemnoth is amazing, too. I don´t like their albums very much, but their live show ist just plain amazing!

Keyammo They played quite a lot of songs. The last album almost completely, and some of "with hearts towards none", and one or two from the EPs. And how I said, Behemoth is a must have seen live! I still don´t like their albums, but the live show was AMAZING!
