Hi Henry, The engine sounds much healthier now...... We'll worth doing. I have had a look in the BL workshop manual and there is no torque setting listed for the anti-roll bar to chassis brackets. It merely states the brackets should be tightened securely using spring washers under the bolts. You could add a drop of threadlock for peace of mind.
