Tata Harrier 2023 is powered by a 2.0-liter, 4-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine sourced from FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles). This engine, known as the Multijet II, was indeed the same engine used by the MG Hector and Jeep Compass.

Price: MG Hector 2023 prices now range from Rs 14.73 lakh to Rs 21.73 lakh (ex-showroom pan India).
Variants: MG offer it in five broad variants: Style, Smart, Smart Pro, Sharp Pro and the new range-topping Savvy Pro.
MG hector Colours: The Hector comes in a dual-tone and six monotone colours: Dual-Tone White & Black, Havana Grey, Candy White, Glaze Red, Aurora Silver, Starry Black and Dune Brown.
Engine and Transmission: The MG Hector comes with two engine options: a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol (143PS/250Nm) and a 2-litre diesel (170PS/350Nm). Both units are mated to a 6-speed manual as standard, while an option of a CVT gearbox is offered with the petrol unit.
MG hector Features: The Hector gets a vertically oriented 14-inch infotainment system, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 7-inch fully digital driver's display and multi-colour ambient lighting. This list also includes ventilated front seats, a panoramic sunroof and a powered driver's seat.
