I have 2020 model hector , car shows comfortable 10kmpl in petrol variant in my 18,000km drive. Built is tough too , clutch I agree bit issue . Besides I drive the car for comfort , depends now what the man is driving for .

I had MG Hector plus petrol variant and drove around 11000kms, the milage of the car is around 10kmpl. However, the performance of the car is top notch. 4 months back i had a major accident while driving this car. Had a head on collision with Bolero (old model) at a high speed. i was driving the car alone. I was absolutely safe, both the airbags(front) were opened. However, the car was damaged badly, and it went under total loss. But the safety feature of this car is amazing. During the accident, I was in the car and my phone got stolen. I got a call from MG on the car screen to make sure if i was okay, then they called on the emergency number(my dad) to inform about the accident and after 2 hours of the accident later around mid night MG roadside assistance team came to the accident spot as well, in case if any help was needed. So, my experience with MG has been wonderful so far. We have booked same Mg Hector plus sharp hybrid again now.

I’m one of the earliest buyers of the Hector ( june 2019) and drove 30k + till date, except lag in reverse camera 🎥 this car can beat any car upto 30 lakh segment & the after sails service is what I believe the “x-factor “ for MG. No I bought new mg hector facelift 2023 . I bought the first one in the whole state. And milege was not the issue the car is superb the milage on highway was 15kmpl-17kmpl , my one is diesel vechicle. The power is super. It's longer than alcazer, taller than harrier. And smarter than any car in the whole segment.

I think this guy is a very heavy driver. I own 2 MG Hector top variants (One has driven 90k km and the other one is at 50k km). No issues whatsoever in both the cars, they still drive like new. Both are diesel variants and deliver 21-22km on highway (tested multiple times on trips from NCR to Punjab). City mileage is between 10 - 15 depending upon the drive and traffic. Build quality is also very good, however, this hector plus in the video does not seem to have met with just a slight touch from a bike rider, looks more of an impact. I chose to buy this car again due to all the features and the performance this car delivers. Service is also very good.

@@nilutpalbose No I haven't saw any issue and if you want hard acceleration then go with diesel manual because DCT is having some amount of lag till 2000rpm after 2000rpm it shoots like rocket . So choice is yours

Firstly I don’t understand the concept of buying an MUV or SUV in a petrol variant like seriously do not expect mileage on petrol variants 😂 and if u want performance go for diesel since engines are more torquey and will give u better mileage. I have bought mg hector plus 7 seater top varient around 6 months ago, till now my experienced with car is amazing it has great power it can easily cross deep mud , I know it is not capable to do offroading like thar, But it can take out you from most of the problems. And about mileage my car has given highest average of 21kmpl on highway. It has many awesome features and also great build quality. And people say it is chinesse so let me inform that only one part of hector and also hector plus is of china other part is of Britain and other countries, If you do not believe you can go and Google it. I am not a big fan of hector plus 3rd row but in my opinion it has better 3rd space then Mahindra alturus as I also have one alturus but i swear it has better space then alturus. I am not taking side of any company but as a owner it's my opinion.

Jo bhee is gadi ko kharidne ka plan bana raha hai wo two days service center me jaye aur dekhe ki log kitne pareshaan hain aur pachhta rahe hain customer paglon ki tarah advisor supervisor ke pichhe doudte rahte hain lekin koi sunwai nahin hoti Agar aap bhee lekar aise hi doudna chahte hain to kharid sakte hain
