سفرتنا لإستكشاف كهف بيستون
كهف بستون: (بالكردية: ئەشکەوتی بێستوون)‏ هو كهف يقع على جبل برادوست في محافظة أربيل ويبعد 97 كلم شمال غرب مدينة أربيل، يعود تاريخ الكهف إلى العصر الحجري القديم وعهد إنسان النياندرتال (ar.m.wikipedia.org)
افضل وقت لزيارة الكهف في فصل الربيع للإستمتاع بالمناظر الجميلة من حقول خضراء وجبال ووديان وأنهار وأنواع الزهور البرية الجميلة على الطريق خلال الرحلة. لكن يجب الانتباه لكون طريق الصعود المؤدي إلى الكهف بعد ذلك وعر وغير مؤهل ووجود احتمالية تساقط صخور واحجار من الجبل على الطريق مثل ما تلاحظون بالفيديو. يفضل الذهاب مع اشخاص مؤهلين (شوفوا صفحة Advenature على الأنستكرام) واخذ المعدات اللازمة مثل الاضوية وعدة اسعافات اولية وارتداء احذية ملائمة لكون ارضية الكهف طينية مبللة دائما مما قد يسبب التزحلق والسقوط في اي وقت داخل الكهف.

Bestoon Cave: This cave has an impressive history, dating back to the Stone Age. It is believed that the Neanderthal people used to reside within this cave. This cave has not been excavated to date. (kurdistanexpeditions.com)
The best time to visit the cave is in the spring time to enjoy the amazing green fields, mountains, valleys, rivers and wild flowers on the road. However, you must pay attention to the fact that the road leading up to the cave after that is bumpy and unpaved, and there is a possibility of rocks and stones falling from the mountain on the road, as you can see in the video. It is preferable to go with qualified people (see Advenature page on Instagram) and take the necessary equipment such as lights, first aid kits and wear appropriate hiking shoes as the cave floor is always wet and very slippery, which may cause slipping and falling at any time inside the cave.
We concluded our trip with a delicious meal at new Vanes City reataurant enjoying the lovely place, food and service.
