@@AnweshAdhikari The issues with this company are endless. Their cars were selling like hotcakes before the arrival of competitors like ATTO and DEEPAL, but now it’s a completely different story. The way they treat their existing customers at service centers is appalling-it feels like dealing with a government office. Their staff is arrogant, and the standard response to any issue is “estai ta ho!” They deliberately hide issues in the cars until warranties expire. The vehicles have manufacturing defects that the company masks with temporary repairs. To make matters worse, they recently slashed prices by 10% because sales are dropping. What about the consumers who already purchased their cars? We’ve lost over 20% in the second-hand market as a result. Even with less than 10,000 km on the odometer, the vibrations and squeaks are unbearable. The service centers are clueless and seem incapable of resolving issues. Faulty steering racks? They conveniently avoid addressing such problems until warranties run out. I’ve had enough. I sold my car with less than 15,000 km on it, and at a massive loss. The experience has been beyond frustrating.

@@AnweshAdhikari We agree/accept that there was long waiting period even for general service and was compounded by flooding issue which affected our service badly.. We have opened up two new authorized service points at Sukedhara and Bhaktapur to reduce service congestion. This will immensely help for immediate service and thus reduce customer dissatisfaction. We are working on spare parts pricing as well which will eventually benefit all.

Parts seems quite expensive. They quoted 13K for mg4 wheel cover which i lost on my trip while returning from biratnagar and that was not in stock as well still waiting for it. Also the charging rate in kusunti service center was Rs 20 per unit which is way more than what nea charges.

​@@awashisojha If they launch the 62kWh battery at let's say 55L, I think the BYD Atto 3 (even with the 50kWh battery) will be the better option. I know RWD is great but Atto3's superior fit and finish, ride comfort, tech, blade battery and the fact that they have sold tons of them in Nepal (easier to get parts), makes it a better option. Also, Nepal does not need a bigger battery (for a country of our size), they just need to have adequate battery and sell that at a reasonable price.

​@@awashisojha yeah. Let's see how they price this new car. Even for 49kWh battery pack, I think they'll find it difficult to sell if they go beyond 45L since it will be competing directly with Nexon EV 45 and the soon arriving Atto 2. Interesting times. MG has a second great chance to become the market leader by pricing the product right. If they do it right this time, they'll be selling cars better than BYD, if not, they will be like CG motors. One last thing to note, they should not be doing price cuts like they did with the MG ZS EV recently. This kills the brand reputation and also impacts the selling price in secondary market. BYD does it so well, they don't give huge cash discounts but they conduct tons of exchange camps where they add heavy discounts. This way they ensure that there are no stockpile of the cars and also helps maintain the brand reputation.

Maal Payera Chaal Napayeko bhaneko MG nai ho .Feels sad as employee in their dealership. When I see the service in my dealership I wouldn't even recommend to myself.

I faced that too, i went to look at MG 4 in butwal showroom, The staff acted so arrogant and they acted like they were bored to death every time I asked about the car features which was so rude. My dad did not like it at all and I was also annoyed about that, I loved the car but I did not like the showroom team what so ever, we booked BYD dolphin later that day.
