it is not just a city car I have been using it as a primary car for the past 15 months in station and outstation done 28k. ev infra in the southern state is superb I have never had to wait to charge you just have to plan a little bit as lot of hotel have charging infra so you will not waste any time you can charge when you take a eating break

Yes, I agree most of them are not allowing as it need max voltage for EV to charge which will somewhere fluctuate electricity in societies. That is why MG and TATA Collab for fast charging station in PAN India.

We are driving this car. On highways it can give 420-30. In city 300- 350. We are charging at govt charging point which is coming around Rs 400 for 100% charge. There are hell lot of features which he didn't even mentioned....adas, voice commands, auto assist in driving....etc

@sanketpathak8075 Regen is not 100%...it is always less except if used downhill. In city while being stuck in traffic the electricity is being consumed by AC, music sys adas etc. These cannot be recovered by regen.

You might wanna try driving Incase u have not bought it. I don’t like the paddles (guessing one can always change those). The screen and cameras are so dated ….. tbh it should not have 40kw battery. It should be like Astor an ev petrol hybrid. Regardless wait for options too many coming if u can…

Maine Punch LR EV test drive ki after VW Taigun 1.0 and 1.5 DSG. Its looks Punch ev is far better then VW Taigun. And I think Punch EV gives driving pleasure, comfort and range and price. Please give your feedback on PUNCH EV

Consider xuv 400 after 3-4 L discount in Maharashtra it wud be 14L , equivalent to creta petrol. no matter what it will never give above 270-290 km per full charge

These are some features/short comings, I would have loved to find on the MG ZS EV. # No Smart TailGate or Kick sensor. # No feature of electronic memory seats. # The front passenger seat is manual & only driver seat is electronic. # No A/c ventilated seats. # No lumbar support & Under thigh support in seats. # No “auto roll up” of window glass on central locking. # Android Auto/Carplay are NOT wireless. # The USB music folders/file tree is NOT displayed!. # The Speaker sound is muted on reverse and cannot disable feature. # No spare tyre in rear boot. # Only single 12v in front, no 12v sockets in rear or trunk space. # Touch screen- not sensitive/smooth & screen not great in resolution. # The front & rear camera are not great in resolution. # Should have come with a storage shelf in the front engine bay. # Steering wheel has no Telescoping feature. # The interior sun shade/visors for driver/passenger have no illumination/light. # Rear view mirror has no AutoDim feature/is manual. # No center armrest in rear passenger seats. # No Heads Up Display. # The app MG iSmart is available only in select countries(AUS/Thailand/UK). # The Inbuilt Navigation also available only in select markets. # There should have been an alert for the front charging port cabinet door. If that door is left open, by accident, the driver would not know and continue to move, till someone alerts. # Wing Mirrors will not open/close as welcome/Bye gesture. # No welcome logo light, when doors open. # Parts may be difficult to buy as no dedicated websites available to sell MG parts based on vehicle diagram. # No height adjustable seat belts. # No feature for Park Assist/Autonomous Parking. # No feature of retractable rear trunk parcel shelf. # The Tyre Valves can be difficult to reach due to the cover.

You dont seem to have used/driven this car it seems. 1. Spare tyre is there in the boot. 2. Screen resolution is extremely good, I don't know where you are coming from. 3. There is Center armrest for rear passengers. 4. MG smart app works in India. 5. Inbuilt navigation is available in India. 6. Wing mirrors open/ close as welcome and bye gesture. Rest of the features would be welcome but no car is perfect yet a few seem essential IMO 1. Auto dimming IRVM 2. Ventilated seats 3. Memory function for seat. 4. Wireless Android Auto/ Carplay 5. Rear cabin light.

The MG ZS EV comes differently built for different markets. For the Caribbean/Trinidad & Tobago where it is being sold through Massy Motors > there is no centre arm rest for the rear, there is no spare tyre but we get Radial tyres with a tyre inflator kit instead, Navigation feature & MG smart app are disabled for our market/no customer service through press of button & wing mirrors open/close only at the press of the button. The Camera resolution & the 10.1inch screen are poor in visual quality/resolution and would have loved to see a better resolution camera. Thank You.@@MP-78

I have been using zs ev since 3 months There are issues in the car. Variants with Leatherette seat covers feel very hot. Sunroof curtain doesn't block sunlight. AC somehow doesn't cool the cabin.. It is very uncomfortable. Ride is very bouncy.. At speeds of 60-80 also lot of lateral movement is seen suspension is too soft! Service is very very slow! Practical Range is around 250. Seating is very crampy. Many hatchbacks have better seating comfort Underthigh support is worst. If planning ev wait for an year. There will be lot of options by then!
