I'm glad you kept watching and found the answer. I either use carb cleaner spay or WD40 works but not as well to remove underseal. To get back to steel wire brush on a drill. Good luck and enjoy and walk away when you need to.

Great video series. It's helping me better understand the scope of the repairs I need to do. At 2:59 of the video, how did you remove the undercoat so cleanly in such a short time??
