in italian language when u see words ending or starting with "gli" u dont have to pronounce the "g". for example the stadium should be "Sinigalya" thats the correct pronounce. Cagliari is also a good example, it should be "Calyari"

You have to use the Youth Academy to offset the OAPs you are getting in. Use it like they are mentoring the next generation, it will save you money in the long run for those more expensive OAPs and potentially generate a bit too
