Judging from the many angles, there's roughly 4 cameras rolling(2 pointed at MGK, 1 at the drummer and 1 at Lead Guitar, notice you never see just to the left of MGK, thats where 3 of them are). Quite possibly, that dude either tripped up while playing the solo or it was added later. At some point they show him and his left hand isn't in coordination with the music 12:57.
