Hi Sir, according to supreme court OCI can apply for general seats. Is NTA and MBBS colleges agreeing to admit OCI in general seat or are they insisting them to pay NRI fees?

NTA and medical colleges are not admission authorities. They have no control over who gets admission. The admission authorities are MCC (for all India counseling) and state authorities for respective states. They cannot go against SC. So, you can apply for both NRI quota and general seats in all India counseling. The state quota seats depend on the state eligibility conditions.
