Most of the hotels 2pm checkin and 12pm checkout bro but you can request early checkin which is subjected to availability

I haven't tried it so I'm not 100% sure...Actually there is a check point before entering MGM resort where only guests are allowed so even if you order you might have to walk outside that resort to get it from the delivery person as they won't allow the delivery person inside the check point.

No, there are only 3 suites with Jacuzzi I guess! Other rooms have park or garden views and are cheaper than Jacuzzi suite
